Travis Miller is the VP of Supply Chain Operations, for the Midwest Region of Advocate Health in Illinois and Wisconsin and 14 years of HealthCare experience with much of that time spent in Supply Chain. In his current role, he is responsible for the strategy, management, and efficiencies related to Supply Chain Operations and Distribution across all hospitals, surgery centers and clinics, which includes the management of over 350+ teammates who support 26 hospitals and 9 standalone surgery centers. Prior to joining Supply Chain, he spent his first few years in hospital operations managing inventory and business support for cardiac services at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center. His experience at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center provided insight and experience into supply chain strategies and implementing cost savings opportunities. Travis has spent the last 10 years in various roles in supply chain including Sourcing Manager, Manager of Data Analytics, Director of Operations, and serving as the Supply Chain Lead for the Workday (ERP) implementation. The various roles held in hospital operations and supply chain have allowed him to best position his team and lead supply chain operations in keeping the delivery of care as the center of focus. Travis earned his bachelor’s degree and his Master of Business Administration with a health care concentration from Lakeland University, formerly Lakeland College near Sheboygan, WI. He has been a part of the Advocate Health Supply Chain team that most recently ranked #10 in The Gartner Healthcare Supply Chain Top 25 for 2024. | With 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Aron Klein serves as the Vice President of Financial Operations and Supply Chain for Carle Health. Aron has served in a variety of leadership roles within finance and operations throughout his career. For the past four and a half years, Aron has been the executive leader of the Supply Chain function at Carle Health while also leading Finance Operations and back-end Revenue Cycle Operations for the health system. Matthew Hess is the System Vice President, Supply Chain Operations & Logistics, for Endeavor Health. Endeavor Health is a 9 hospital, community health system with more than 27,000 team members and 300+ care locations across the Chicagoland. In his role, Matthew provides strategic oversight of inventory management, distribution, warehousing, shuttles, mail/print, and couriers for the organization. Matthew joined Endeavor Health in 2015 as the System Director of Supply Chain for Edward-Elmhurst Health. Matthew began his career as a physical therapist and practiced clinically in both outpatient and acute care settings. He has more than 20 years of healthcare experience with the past decade spent in supply chain. Previously, Matthew held leadership positions in clinical operations, clinical process improvement, and supply chain implementation at Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) and Ascension Health. Matthew is a licensed physical therapist and an ACHE Fellow. He holds a BS in Physical Therapy from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from the University of Missouri’s Bloch School of Business. During his time at Endeavor Health, the organization has been recognized as a GHX Best 50 organization in 2021 and a Gartner Top 25 healthcare supply chain in 2024. Outside of work, Matthew lives in southern Will County with his wife and children. In his spare time, he coaches youth wrestling and rec soccer and spends as much time outdoors as possible.

MIKE HOPKINS NORTHWESTERN MEDICINE VICE PRESIDENT DISTRIBUTION & LOGISTICS Mike Hopkins is the Vice President of Supply Chain for the Northwestern Medicine Health System based out of Chicago Illinois. Mike has 25 years of healthcare supply chain experience and specializes in efficiency and process improvement. Mike joined Northwestern in 2016 and previously worked for Owens and Minor as the Director of Supply Chain performance. Mike is a nationally recognized leader and speaker in supply chain operations focusing on using lean tools to facilitate process improvement and standardization. Eric Tritch, is the Sr. Vice President of Supply Chain & Support Services and Chief Supply Chain Officer for UChicago Medicine. In this role, he has oversight of all supply chain operations, contracting, value analysis and supplier management activity for the health system. Along with responsibility for Environmental Services, Patient Transportation, Public Safety & Parking operations. Eric has extensive experience and a proven track record in Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing processes. His career started in the industrial manufacturing sector, then went into supply chain consulting, and now has been in healthcare for over 13 years. His undergraduate degree is in Applied Engineering Sciences w/a Supply Chain focus at Michigan State University and his MBA is from The University of St. Thomas with a focus in Healthcare Management. |
