ROBERT FELTS Robert Felts is the System Director of Supply Chain for Sinai Chicago, located in Chicago Illinois, where he has system wide responsibility for purchasing, central supply, linen, mail, print shop, and their affiliate program. He has over twenty-five years of experience in medical supply chain. Sinai Chicago consists of two acute care hospitals, a children’s hospital, and a rehabilitation hospital along with multiple off-site locations. Robert started his career with Baxter and has also worked at Cardinal Health and Dentsply. In 2021 Sinai Chicago won Supply Chain Excellence Awards from Premier in the Large IDN and Small Teaching Hospital categories. He is currently the President of the Chicago Metro Chapter of AHRMM. Robert attained his bachelor’s and MBA degrees from the University of Colorado at Boulder. | PETER STILLE Peter Stille is a Managing Director in Forvis Mazars’ Healthcare Performance Improvement practice. He leads the national nonlabor cost reduction service line.Peter was founder/CEO of Strategic Sourcing Results, Inc., a nationally recognized nonlabor cost reduction consultancy, and previously led Andersen’s healthcare nonlabor practice for the Midwest.Peter is a graduate of University of Colorado Boulder, with a B.S. degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting and finance. He earned his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.Peter is also a Certified Purchasing Manager and Certified Public Accountant. He is a frequent speaker, instructor and author on the topics of cost reduction, contracting, and negotiations.

MORGAN-LEIGH MAKSIMIK | STEVE TAFT | JELENA MARINKOVICH Jelena Marinkovich is the Program Director for Capital Planning and Acquisition at Northwestern Medicine. Jelena has extensive experience and a proven track record in supply chain operations and strategic sourcing. Her career started as a contract analyst at Premier Group Purchasing Organization. After six she went into supply chain operation at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago. After eight years at Mercy, she worked at the several hospitals as a Director of Supply chain, including Loyola, Metro South, and Palos. Her undergraduate degree is in Business of Arts in Marketing at Lewis University and her NMA is from DeVry/Keller University with a focus in Healthcare Administration. She has been an active AHRMM member since 2014. |
JAMIE GIANFRANCESCO EVENTS CHAIR Jamie Gianfrancesco is an award-winning Healthcare Account Executive with over 20 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, and process improvement. Specializing in healthcare solutions, Jamie has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering impactful solutions across healthcare systems, pharmaceuticals, and home health services.Currently at Tecsys, Jamie focuses on business development for healthcare IDN's across Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, and Kansas. Jamie engages with Supply Chain and Pharmacy executives to drive healthcare innovation, optimize supply chain and operational processes by providing end-to-end solutions that improve visibility, efficiency, and cost management--enabling healthcare providers to deliver better patient care while reducing costs and improving overall operational performance. Previously at SoftServe, Jamie led strategic efforts to provide innovative digital solutions to healthcare organizations. Some of these roles include working in Health Information Management and Physician Credentialing. She has spent the last 8 years managing Supply Chain operations at 2 different hospitals. She is currently the Director of Supply Chain Services for the East and South Regions of Carle Health. She has been with Carle Health since May of 2021. TIM LOFTIS CHAPTER ADVISOR Tim serves as the Chicago AHRMM Board Advisor and has been instrumental in working with the team to update practices and operations and reignite the Chicago chapter. He is the Vice Chair of the AHRMM Chapter Relations Committee, working with AHRMM chapters nationwide, and has served in every board role since joining AHRMM in 2014 including as President of the Rocky Mountain AHRMM. A passion for the healthcare supply chain industry led him to help start chapters in Colorado and New Mexico and create the West Region AHRMM (WAHRMM) a collaboration between chapters in AZ, CO, NM, and UT. In his day job, he is the Regional Sales Executive for Tecsys (the company, not the state), the only comprehensive software solution designed specifically for the healthcare supply chain industry, providing complete end-to-end, automated, real-time insights into the products, processes, and workflows in the hospital supply chain. |

SARAH HAGENS-BEURSKENS Sarah Hagens-Beurskens is the Senior Manager of Planning & Optimization- Healthcare for Xerox Business Solutions. She has extensive experience serving Healthcare clients over the last 15 years with Xerox. During this time, Sarah has held a variety of roles including Managed Print Services Consultant, Major Account Manager, and Manager of Planning & Optimization. Sarah has a deep sales operations background along with managing project management, multi-phased implementations, and P&L optimization to deliver long-term results. Sarah works to build effective cross-organizational relationships to foster profitable and sustainable solutions for both the clients she serves and her organization. | ROBBIE BROWN Robbie Brown joined the University of Chicago Medical Center in 2016 and currently serves as the Director of Strategic Sourcing, Non-Clinical responsible for Sourcing, Contracting, and Vendor Management initiatives across the UCM health system. Prior to joining UCM, Robbie supported procurement and contracting activities in the steel manufacturing industry.
